Reporting

GOEnforce includes an extensive library of standard reports that are graphical and interactive. For example, staff can view a bar chart of the types of code enforcement cases opened over the past year, click on one of the bars to see the lists of cases, and then click on any specific case to see the detailed record. The system incorporates more than 15 of these types of reports, including:

  • Open versus closed cases by month
  • Open (or closed) cases by topic
  • Interactive map plotting open cases
  • Interactive map plotting cases by topic
  • How cases are reported
  • Most prevalent types of cases
  • Cases requiring action
  • Cases with overdue actions
  • Assessed fees
  • Cases with overdue fees

While the package of reports included will likely solve all your reporting needs, Government Outreach will also create up to five custom reports to serve your unique needs. Advanced Analytical Tools Over time the City will want to use the system to evaluate your code enforcement effectiveness, answer key questions, and further analyze your code enforcement efforts. Included in the system are several key functions to assist management in this process. The advanced reporting capabilities include the ability to:

  • Write your own custom reports
  • Export data to Excel
  • Schedule reports for automatic delivery via email

The GOEnforce system includes a powerful report writer that is extremely easy to use. Rather than a complicated third-party tool, Government Outreach provides an intuitive and simple report writer allows incorporating any data from the system, set appropriate filters, and define the output format. All reports can be printed, exported to Microsoft Excel for further analysis, or emailed to staff members, council members, or the management team. Filters can include dates, types of violations, areas of cities, employees, and virtually any other type of conceivable parameters. Reports can be scheduled for automatic generation by day, week, month or quarter.
