Rental Inspection Management

Government Outreach’s Rental Inspection Management system provides inspectors the tools they need to identify rental properties and manage the inspection process. This add-on to GOEnforce saves staff time, increases coverage, and ensures inspections are completed on a timely basis. The Rental Inspection Management module allows you to identify and flag rental properties. Once identified, it can automatically create the necessary letters and notices, schedule inspections, and provides officers all the tools necessary to manage and record inspections plus manage any violations identified in the inspections.
