Case Management

GOEnforce is a sophisticated, powerful software solution for managing every aspect of code enforcement. Using your existing municipal code at its core, it allows code enforcement officers to log code violations and manage the entire process through final resolution.

Although code enforcement is complex, our software for managing the process is simple to use. The user interface is easy, logical, and efficient – and only requires a single-step screen to log an initial violation. Also, with the optional GORequest Citizen Relationship Management (CRM) system, citizens can log initial complaints via a simple online form and track the progress of the case to resolution.

GOEnforce case management features include:  

  • Notifications and Workflow delivers reminders and inspection sheets directly to staff email boxes so they don’t miss important follow-up dates.
  • Automatic Parcel Lookup retrieves parcel owner information based upon the parcel address and automatically adds it to a case record for correspondence and action.
  • Property and resident alerts notify officers of potentially dangerous persons or locations such as those with aggressive dogs.
  • Advanced Letter Generation automates the creation and tracking of all types of letters and notices.
  • Image management includes automatic scaling, multiple image upload, and unlimited file sizes.
  • File Attachment associates all types of documents and files with the case, including photos, scanned letters, and related documents.
  • Audit Log records every action in the case record.
  • Online Help and User Documentation provides “how to” instructions and “tips” for system usage as well as mouse-over tool-tips in selected areas of the system; an online users’ manual is also available.
  • Advanced Reporting capabilities include custom report writing, scheduled reports, and over a dozen standard reports.
  • Case Locator easily finds cases by property location, owner or occupant name, violation type, APN, auto license number, or any other data field.
